The Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Cyber Security Program. This role will report into Assistant D&T Manager – Cyber Security, Third Party Risk in India and functionally collaborate with global Third Party Security Risk Assessment and Cyber Risk teams. It is an Individual contributor role. This role is responsible for performing security risk assessments within the General Mills Third Party Security program. Provide support to managing third party relationships and obtaining the necessary data from third parties to assess their security posture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support General Mills Vendor TPSRA process
• Creation and execution of Third-party security assessments
• Following up with third parties on questions and comments related to the assessments
• Reporting and communication of assessment results and recommendations
• Tracking and supporting remediation activities for vendor security gaps identified
• Reassessment of critical vendors on a periodic basis
• Escalation of security issues where appropriate
• Providing support for audit inquiries
• Validation of 3rd Party Security controls to ensure compliance with General Mills policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
• 1 year experience in Cyber Security Risk Assessment space, IT Audit, or ITGC controls
• Basic understanding of Cyber Security space
• Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Take direction from team members, results-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects/tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Auditing skills
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Compliance
