• Be a trusted contributor to essential banking and back‑office operations, ensuring accurate processing tied to Consumer Directed Healthcare claims and Health Savings Accounts.
• Support compliance‑driven activities such as CIP and OFAC reviews, helping protect the organization and its customers through diligent execution.
• Drive operational excellence by meeting productivity goals while delivering consistent, high‑quality work within defined service‑level agreements.
• Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and resolving requests efficiently.
• Identify trends, metrics, and opportunities for improvement—proactively helping streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
• Grow your business acumen by building strong knowledge of Alegeus policies, processes, and product offerings while contributing to special projects and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Abilities: Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed banking and financial operations in a fast‑paced, multi‑processing environment while identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Experience: Background in banking operations and/or finance operations, with hands‑on experience supporting back‑office processing and transactional workflows.
