Educational Qualification for NHRC Jobs 2021:

3	Librarian / Documentation Officer	Bachelor’s Degree in Library science with two years experience in library including Documentation & Bibliographical work (or) Master’s in Library science
4	Assistant Accounts Officer	Pass in Subordinate Audit / Accounts service examination (or) Complete training in Cash & Accounts work in ISTM training course with three to five years experience
5	Programmer Assistant	Master’s in statistics / Mathematics / Operations Research / Physics / Economics / Commerce / Degree in Engineering  / Computer Science with two years relevant field experience (or) Degree with statistics with five years relevant field experience
6	Accountant	Complete training in Cash & Accounts work in ISTM training course with three to three years experience
