Educational Qualification:

1	Centre Administrator	Masters in Social Work, Counselling Psychology or Development Management with at least Four years’ experience of working on violence against women issues. Only Local women candidates are eligible
2	Senior Counsellor	Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management with a minimum of two years experience of working on violence against women issues. Only Local women candidates are eligible
3	Case Worker	Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management with a minimum of One year’s experience of working on violence against women issues. Only Local women candidates are eligible
4	Security Guard	Should have experience working in an office set-up. Women Candidates to be given preference
5	Multi-Purpose Helper	Able to Read & Write in Tamizh with at least Three years of experience of working as a helper, peon etc
