Roles and Responsibilities

• Process and Self-Management
• Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and departmental goals.
• Ensure full compliance with Marsh McLennan’s operational and ethical policies.
• Maintain performance standards and update reports regularly using defined templates.
• Develop a working knowledge of core insurance principles and industry regulations.
• Complete all assigned training and performance milestones within deadlines.
• Ensure all production and quality targets are achieved during both training and business-as-usual (BAU) stages.
• Report work progress, challenges, and updates promptly to managers.
• Maintain 100% schedule adherence and minimize unplanned leave.
• Work Shifts
• Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts:
• 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
•  (Shift assignment will be communicated by HR during selection.)
• Compliance, Regulatory, and Procedural Responsibilities
• Follow all regulatory and company-specific compliance guidelines to safeguard business interests.
• Use Marsh Specialty’s internal systems responsibly for monitoring and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest insurance compliance requirements and risk frameworks.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedural standards.
• Evaluate risks effectively and maintain accountability for compliance actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in insurance operations or insurance broking services is a plus.
• Excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Strong comprehension, articulation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict timelines.
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving business processes.
