Educational Qualification:

Sociology, psychology and Anthropology; and Not less than seven years experience in Teaching and Research
2	Lecturer in Behavioural Sciences	Ph.D. in one of the Behavioural Sciences with three years experience (or) M.A. I or II Class in Behavioural Sciences with seven years experience in Teaching / Research (or) M.A. I or II Class in Behavioural Sciences with DHE and three years experience as Teaching Assistant in Social Science subject.
3	Administrative Officer	Master’s Degree in Public Administration / Management Science; and Not less than 3 years Administrative Experience (OR) Any Degree with Not less than fifteen years Administrative Experience & Should have passed the Account Test Part –I & II , DOM , Medical Code
4	Clerk cum Typist	Minimum General Qualification as prescribed in the General Rules of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services & Should have passed Typewriting English Higher Grade and Typewriting Tamil Lower Grade and Knowledge in Computer Operation
5	Attender	8th Pass & able to ride bi-cycle
