Job Description:

You will be working as GETP - Global Early Talent Program – Finance and will be part of Process Automation business for Process Industries division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Finance Manager and will get hands-on responsibility from the start. The exceptional people you work with, the challenging projects you tackle and the global scale of our business will give the experience you need to build a world-class career in finance.

Responsibilities:

• Depending on the assignment role you will be in, most common responsibility can include tasks within operational (accounting and reporting) and strategic controlling and finance
• Supporting project controller in preparing for project reviews and risk reviews
• Assisting with financial planning and reporting process including budgeting, monthly estimates, review performance KPIs etc
• Assisting with the monthly close process
• Demonstrating compliance with internal control and audit requirements
• Supporting and inspiring you to step out of your comfort zone to develop your leadership and management skills as well as your communication skills
