Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate or Undergraduate (No Pursuing Candidate)
• Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Chat or Voice support role
• Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills can also apply
• Should be flexible to work for both Voice and Chat support
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• 100% work from the office
• Willing to work 24-7 shifts (Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The agent has to Support through Voice for Voice support
• The agent has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
• The agent has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
• The agent should have the ability to build rapport with the customer
• The agent should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business

Key Skills:

• Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of e-commerce websites
• Should possess effective Written and Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills
• Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM) for the Chat Process
• Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player
