Job Description:

• Backoffice Executive-Capture the details of the Bill of Lading in the system, Should have excellent communication skill in English and must have good proficiency in Email Writing skills
• Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual
• Self-learning skills
• Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPI's
• Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager
• Should have a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm with 90% accuracy
• Basic computer Knowledge required
• Ability of self-learning on live job
• Eye for Detail
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts or odd shifts/ weekends and under high stress and pressure
• Chat Support- Candidate should have good communication skill, Should be good at customer services, Should have a typing speed of minimum 30 WPM, Should be flexible with WO and shifts, Experience in webchat will be preferred, Should be a multitasker, should be a team player and should have a knowledge of MS office
