Job Description:

This role is responsible for the development and management of supplier marketing plans and advertising activities in support of the commercial teams and activities including but not limited to the collection of advertising materials, distribution of art to appropriate parties, invoicing for advertising and sponsorship, monitor relative supplier relations mailboxes and direct inquires as appropriate, prepare and distribute newsletter and audit / maintain content on MySource

Responsibilities:

• Support Commercial Teams in Planning and Executing Supplier Advertising
• Implement and Review Marketing Activities
• Prepare and distribute supplier marketing by gathering, editing and compiling articles, and advertising
• Monitor relative supplier relations mailboxes and answer and/or direct inquiries as appropriate
• Provide support for internal and external meetings and events including but not limited to assisting with sponsorship, value propositions, invoicing, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
