• Strong interest in sales & business development

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
• Previous BD experience
• Fair Microsoft Knowledge
• Previous service sales experience

Job Description:

• Outbound calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients from targeted segments
• Client engagement: Conduct introductory calls, understand client needs, and present relevant Delhivery solutions
• Data collection and reporting: Accurately document client interactions and record call data in designated systems
• Market research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to support effective client conversations
• Support business development team: Assist with client servicing & escalation management
