Job Description:

• Ability to read and understand the process documents provided by the customer
• Analyze the insurance claims and process as per standard operating procedures
• Understand and calculate the patient's responsibility and perform insurance calculations
• Familiarize, navigate multiple client applications and capture the necessary information to process insurance claims
