• 5 Days Working (Rotational Weekly Off)
• 24/7 shifts (Early Morning shifts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer and technical support.
• Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries.
• Ability to handle both chat & voice.
• Relevant experience in International Chat & voice is an added advantage.
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).
• Should be comfortable working for early morning & rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Fresher’s can also apply (Excellent communication skills)
• Candidate should be willing to work from office (Sholinganallur, Chennai location).
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
• Two way cab facility.

Interview Type:

• 1st Round - HR walk-in interview
• 2nd Round – OPS Interview
• 3rd Round – Chat & typing assessment
