Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on US staffing.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
• Strong communication ( Verbal and written )and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the US.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines of work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Description:

• Recruit potential candidates through online platform (e.g., job boards, professional networks, social media), referrals, and other creative methods.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screening to assess the candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Facilitate the offer process by negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs and work of the company.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.
