Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
- Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.
- Screen potential CM candidates.
- Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
- Work with our fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
- Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate with our interview & training teams.
