We are inviting applicants for the role of Management Trainee- Sourcing – Buyer

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to ADM procurement which include:

• Processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders and other procurement documents.
• Develops and distribute RFPs/RFQs and obtains bids or information from vendors and evaluates the proposals/quotes.
• Negotiations and  Savings YOY based on Company Purchase targets
• Savings target for Contract Creation and renewal.
• Negotiations on payment terms and tail spend analysis.
• Identifies, evaluates, approves and qualifies vendors whose reliability and goods meet the requirements, standards and specifications set by TE.
• Contacting Commodity Support Team for every purchase above the competitive bid threshold and whenever in doubt of supplier, contract, or compliance.
• Handling daily queries/ communication/ interactions via email/phone with suppliers and client.
• Be vocal point and facilitate resolution of customer complaints.
• Providing ad hoc support to monthly metrics dashboard, insights on operations
