Job Description:

• Associate will be responsible regular visits and audits as assigned.
• Review periodical transaction and uptime summary, Share feedback on uptime & transaction improvement.
• To source sites as per Broad locations / guidelines
• Legal & Technical verifications for new site, 3 phase connections, ownership, LA signing, etc.
• To check site conditions in all aspects like earthing
• SRM activities, Site conditions, Assets, etc., escalate to respective team and follow up till closure.
• To check proper consumption of electricity- in case of any abnormality initiate action to resolve
• Bank Billing on additional services - Raising Invoices - Submitting to LHO/CO/ ZO - Follow-up & collection of payments
• Drive vendors locally to ensure quality service delivery
• Monthly meeting at LHO and Zonal levels for betterment of services
• Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
