Educational Qualifications:

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Overall relevant work experience: 1-3 years.
  • Self-starter, ability to drive insights from data, provide action steps and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with ability to learn quickly and navigate through unstructured initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective in written and verbal communication with partners located globally.
  • 1+ years’ experience in SQL/Hive, Python is a must.
  • 1+ years’ experience in HTML/CSS and JavaScript, VBA, MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel is a plus.

Job Description:

Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) Analytics team is seeking a Director to lead International Marketing & Product analytics for merchant business. This includes creating new insight-based products and scaled solutions, product enhancements and product redesign to support our merchant business. We provide powerful analytics to our Global Marketing Partners and senior leadership, which further aids strategic decisions that attract new merchant business, help existing business improve performance and capitalize new opportunities. The leader will collaborate with stakeholders across Merchant Marketing, Business Development teams globally and internal analytics team to identify the needs to create scalable solutions and to drive key enterprise priorities that include welcome acceptance, revenue growth and merchant loyalty and engagement.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize broad set of analytical tools/techniques for data mining, data cleansing, data extraction, analysis & transformation, data interpretation & insights.
  • Develop next generation product & algorithmic solutions for merchants and internal stake holders.
  • Independently work with regional partners/customers to recommend appropriate solutions and deliver on custom value analytics & actionable insights.
  • Ideate, identify and recommend process improvements based on results of analytics work.
  • Enhancing the data analytical and capabilities infrastructure.
