Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree required in Business and/or a degree or certification in Marketing, Analytics, Math or Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in Campaign management, reporting and analytics
  • Must have in experience with Salesforce or another CRM solution
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong time-management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize between multiple initiatives and activities
  • Ability to research, develop, present new ideas, and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skills in SQL, DB and other reporting tools would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge or experience in using BI/data modeling tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, R) for creating dashboards, reports, and data standardization/engineering/modelling, is an asset
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, learning and growth
  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization
  • Motivated, self-starter, independent and proactive
  • Strong appreciation of technology, data flows, data management approaches and their impact to business processes

Responsibilities:

  • Working with marketers and campaign managers to understand target audiences to generate lists for marketing purposes
  • Ensuring that the lists meet targeting objectives leveraging multiple segmentation criteria and ensuring compliance with Firm standards and regulations as appropriate
  • Circulating lists to stakeholders for approval, changes, additions, and deletions
  • Preparing reports/informational tools that will help to drive the success of marketing initiatives
  • Tracking pre- and post-event responses
  • Generating standard measurement reports for marketing initiatives
  • Co-ordinating efforts to resolve duplicate entries, enhancing data integrity and ensuring that the Firm’s privacy policy is adhered to
  • Providing project planning and application support as needed
  • Participating in other projects/initiatives as necessary
