Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with MDX, R, Python, or other programming languages is a plus

Job Description:

IQVIA is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting IQVIA local sales data for Switzerland to provide actionable insights that will drive business decisions and strategies of our clients. The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with various departments in India and Switzerland develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in a clear and meaningful way
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide relevant insights
