Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior internship or work experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Quick learner and detail-oriented; possessing critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Meets all deadlines.

Job Description:

QualMinds seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals who have recently graduated with an MBA in Marketing or Finance to join their team as Advertising Operations Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of advertising campaigns across OTT platforms in the USA, working on Programmatic Video buying, and generating reports on accounting, auditing, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with top OTT and Streaming vendors in the US market
  • Ad ops with an emphasis on programmatic video buying and reporting.
  • Will train on specific DSPs and ad servers for programmatic and direct streaming TV buying.
  • In building custom audiences and trafficking digital video and other formats, including VAST
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and optimising digital advertising campaigns, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize advertising strategies and improve ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and other creative assets for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign updates, performance reports, and recommendations to clients clearly and professionally.
  • Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and analytics, to align digital advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best digital advertising practices to improve campaign performance continuously.
