Job Description:
The
Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for talent identification,
sourcing/networking, skills assessment and should deliver a consistently
positive candidate experience. Internally, the role is that of a subject matter
expert to the hiring managers, validating, utilizing creative sourcing platforms
and researching alternative sourcing channels to build a diverse pipeline of
candidates and overall assuring that we hire top talent.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop robust and thorough talent maps
- Utilize multiple communication channels to develop and increase the active candidate pool
- Conduct in-depth screening to evaluate candidates possessing the right competencies and skills for their position and also ensure they are a culture-fit.
- Liaise with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, to ensure candidate profiles align with position specifications.
- Be the primary contact with Candidates ensuring a strong Candidate experience throughout.
- Maintain detailed records in the Applicant Tracking System and recruitment files.
- Develop talent pipelines via various sourcing channels (Social media and other alternative sources).
