Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, or Telugu with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Required to work 20 hours a week
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify transcription errors.
• Experience in transcription or QA review of transcriptions is preferred.
• Familiarity with Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) engines and human transcription processes is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently with audio files of varying lengths.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in transcription or transcription QA roles.
• Understanding of regional dialects and linguistic nuances in Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, and Telugu.

Responsibilities:

• Review transcriptions of 5-10 minute audio files in Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, or Telugu.
• Cross-check transcriptions against audio recordings to identify and correct errors.
• Make corrections for spelling mistakes, missing words, or inaccuracies in the transcription.
• Ensure the highest level of accuracy in the final transcript.
• Collaborate with the team to provide feedback and ensure consistency in transcription quality.
