  • Communicate fluently in Bengali both in reading/writing and speaking.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Utilize Office 365 tools to manage and organize daily tasks and communications.
  • Maintain and update records in MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in the administration of Workers Comp policies ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support care management processes by coordinating with healthcare providers and clients.
  • Facilitate new business processes by gathering and verifying necessary documentation.
