Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering B.E./B.Tech - 2023 and 2024 passed out.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including a willingness to work on a 24/5 rotational basis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist users via phone, chat, email, or support tickets raised through our portal or website.
- Log, validate, and diagnose user issues across our full range of products and applications.
- Provide solutions through information gathering, analytical troubleshooting, and problem research.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate resolution group when necessary.
- Resolve customer queries effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and delight.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment while maintaining a pleasant, professional, and courteous demeanor.
