Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role
  • Proficient in instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Job Description:

They are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join their team at Quest Global. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and designing effective training programs for our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations
  • Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
