Educational Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and validation tasks using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness of mortgage-related information.
  • Oversee the processing of mortgage applications ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
  • Provide support to the customer service team by addressing inquiries related to mortgage processes.
  • Assist in the appraisal and valuation functions of mortgage loans ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports and summaries using MS Excel to provide insights into process performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on the status of mortgage applications.
