Responsibilities:

• Addressing queries related to Payables and Receivables in the form of tickets received in ServiceNow.
• Admin support for all project management related tasks.
• Allocation of service desk requests to various departments.
• Updating of invoice transmission method.
• Managing and updating customer master data.
• Verifying the Vendor invoices and sending it for processing.
• Handling Dunning letters.
