Dev Ops Eng, Associate will be working in 24x7 to support operations proactively with many stakeholders involved, attending standup calls, working on automations, taking ownership on Team Goals, Team Values and Cloud SaaS Vision as per the PBM. Communicate with Team, cross Team, customers, partners and vendors as part of the daily operation issues and maintenance windows over concierge portal and other support options. Follow the protocols & process on the incidents, change management requests and adhere to SLAs. Need to work on user case studies as per the products & customers we support internally. Need to work on automation as per the requirements. willing to work in any shift (24x7) and including public holidays.

• System Administrator, AWS cloud, programing skill like Salt, Django, Python, PowerShell, Lambda, CF, TF, EKS, ECS.
• Windows Administration, Linux Administration, Programming skills, technical skills & Communication Skills.
• Good to have additional skills like Python, Amazon Web Services, Automation skills, AI & ML, Data Science.

Responsibilities:

• 24x7 operations - supporting Multiple Products internally and manage Products and its customers in 24x7 availability.
• Work on the infrastructure availability, patching, migration, up-gradation, data base backup, security.
• Work as DevOps engineer taking ownership on activities on applications provisioning, monitoring, availability, patching, user & change management, license management and database management.
