Job Description:
- Design and implement revenue-generating initiatives, including campaigns, promos, and workflows.
- Coordinate campaign launches and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
- Create personalized marketing programs that enhance customer experience at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Work with channel managers to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, Ads, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize ROI, engagement, and retention.
- Utilize customer data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Regularly report on key metrics related to revenue, campaign performance, and engagement.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and the rest of the Growth team to align on goals and strategies.
