Educational Qualifications:

• Freshers to 6 months experienced : Candidates with an IT or Computer Science background are preferred.
• Good Communication Skills
• Flexible: Ability to work from the office in rotational night shifts and rotational week off in BPO environment.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Assistance: Support telecom systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Customer Support: Assist customers via chat, addressing technical concerns and providing solutions.
• System Monitoring: Monitor network systems to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
• Documentation: Maintain records of issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Upgrades & Maintenance: Process system upgrades and perform regular maintenance tasks.
• Collaboration: Work with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
