Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Looker or Tableau for reporting and data extraction.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make recommendations.
- Experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role where data analysis and reporting were key functions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and resolve discrepancies in billing processes.
Roles and
responsibilities:
- Sales Data Analysis & Insights:
- Create, maintain, and update sales dashboards using Google Sheets / Excel to provide performance insights.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics such as conversion percentages, churn rates, and customer engagement trends.
- Generate actionable insights to support sales leadership in decision-making and strategy development.
- Operational Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to monitor the onboarding process and ensure timely resolution of onboarding tickets.
- Track and manage sales funnel data to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize lead-to-customer conversions.
- Financial Process Management:
- Generate and manage payment links, ensuring seamless customer transactions.
- Coordinate with the finance team to process manual invoices for customers who complete payments through non-standard channels.
- Tool Proficiency & Data Management:
- Use Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, and other reporting tools to manage data, generate reports, and extract insights.
