Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience of working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Contribute to new scenarios, investigating, prototyping, and operationalizing.
• Good understanding of the as-is data and enterprise architecture.
• Experience using libraries such as pandas ,nltk , scikit learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch and knowledge in statistics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data architecture frameworks and tools (e.g., data warehouses, ETL tools, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Fluency both written and spoken in English.

Job Description:

The data and analytics expert works on strictly Scrum-driven projects with the product owner and business owner to understand the business goals and values and translates them into data products and technical software with a focus on integration into our central data architecture.

• Push the frontiers of what is possible in artificial intelligence and machine learning to create new solutions.
• Explore, understand, and implement most recent technologies and approaches for data science problems.
• Comfortably handle multi-terabyte data sets in scale-up and scale-out environments
• Strive for state-of-the art, highly accurate and scalable data science models.
• Understand business processes which create and consume data to be able to select best approaches, evaluate their performance and assess business relevance.
• Create excellence both in terms of results quality and system scalability through continuous evaluation, analysis, and refinement of the system implementation.
• Communicate the relevance of implemented systems and achieved results in a visual and consistent way.
• Work closely with the team, customers, and partners to holistically understand business and user requirements and derive adequate application development concepts.
• Performing quality assurance tasks.
• Solve complex regression issues.
• Ability to work in global teams with different time zones.
