Responsibilities:
Sales Stint
- 6 months:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Engage with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to promote our diagnostic products.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Support the sales team in managing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance, including forecasting and pipeline management.
Marketing
Stint- 6 months:
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Assist in market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate on the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Support the marketing team in brand management and product positioning.
Key Result

- Successful completion of Sales and Marketing stints with demonstrated capability in both areas.
- Achievement of sales targets and contribution to revenue growth during the Sales stint.
