Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate
• 1-2 years of experience as a product analyst
• Ability to understand key metrics of different product features
• Strong data-oriented approach
• Conceptual understanding of product analytics with knowledge of different kinds of experiments - funnel analysis, cohort analysis, AB testing etc
• Ability to learn new concepts and tools quickly
• Proficiency in tech tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, SQL, CleverTap, MS Excel, etc.
• A high sense of ownership and hunger to prove oneself

Responsibilities:

• Define product KPIs and analytics schema for new feature launches
• Assist product teams with feature analysis, measuring the impact, performance of features and suggesting improvements based on thorough analysis
• Identify relevant success metrics for ongoing projects, propose and monitor product-level KPIs, and generate regular reports
• Monitor the accuracy of KPIs and metrics across different tools
• Ensuring critical metrics sanity in every feature release
