Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent on the job training
• Data collection and entry
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent math skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Communicate effectively
• Aptitude in problem solving
• Strong attention to detail
• Excel experience preferred
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in India payroll

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Payroll Analyst with India Payroll
• Process pre-payroll reports such as master record changes, monthly bonus files and time off reports in Workday
• Maintain payroll folders and email inbox
• Process end to end payroll for EMEA countries as assigned
• Consolidate raw payroll data into relevant Flexi-Forms
• Assist with gathering audit request data
