Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum of an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA Institute
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices across cloud including Salesforce Industries Cloud , Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus
• Industry experience in Energy & Utilities is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand define & design business processes aligned to industry best in class templates
• Develop business capability maps and roadmap
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions to improve business processes and drive efficiency
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions
• Development of Training materials and training to end users
• Stay current with Salesforce best practices and industry trends
