- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with any programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- General knowledge about AI, chatbots, NLP, and generative AI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing manual testing of Zigment.ai’s platform, ensuring the software meets business and user requirements.
- Help design, write, and maintain detailed test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and defects using our bug tracking system, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect the existing functionality.
- Assist in testing AI-driven features, including chatbots and NLP functionalities, ensuring they meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, AI advancements, and best practices in software testing to continuously improve our QA processes.
