Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and report creation.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI desktop and Power BI Service, including data loading, modelling, and visualization.
• Proficiency in DAX for creating complex calculated fields, measures, and business logic.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration from different data sources.
• Ability to create interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Knowledge of Power Query for data transformation and cleaning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of other BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Job Description:

They’re looking for a motivated Power BI Developer (1-2 years experience) to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, creating interactive reports and meaningful insights to support data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analysis requirements.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into Power BI, ensuring the data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Create DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries to build complex calculations and business logic within reports and dashboards.
• Optimize performance of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure they are efficient and responsive.
• Assist in data model creation and enhancement for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Ensure the security of data within Power BI, including row-level security (RLS) and other data access control mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, dashboards, and data sources.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and report navigation.
• Stay current with Power BI updates and industry trends to continually improve the team’s business intelligence capabilities.
