Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your experience includes:

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, specifically with Contact Center solutions
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, C#, .NET and Azure. 
  • Dynamics 365 CRM with C# experience for coding and plugging. 
  • CRM – D365 - Develop code, configures, and tests programs and systems.
  • Experience with integration tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on Contact Center (customize forms, workflows, dashboards, and security roles). 
  • Deploy and support Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards. 
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications. 
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Contact Center solutions. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions. 
  • Set up and maintain environments for development, testing, and production.
  • Manage environment lifecycle, including updates, testing, and moving apps and workflows between environments.
  • Manage solutions between multiple Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide business/Application insights. 
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
