experience includes:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, specifically with Contact Center solutions
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Knowledge of Power BI, C#, .NET and Azure.
- Dynamics 365 CRM with C# experience for coding and plugging.
- CRM – D365 - Develop code, configures, and tests programs and systems.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Roles &
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on Contact Center (customize forms, workflows, dashboards, and security roles).
- Deploy and support Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Contact Center solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Set up and maintain environments for development, testing, and production.
- Manage environment lifecycle, including updates, testing, and moving apps and workflows between environments.
- Manage solutions between multiple Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Build reports and dashboards to provide business/Application insights.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
