Join them as a Customer Support Executive, requirement is for a Non- Voice process where you will interact with Customers through Webchat and E-mail, resolving their queries and concerns will be the primary responsibility.

Salary: INR 2.5 – 4.4 LPA

Educational Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate
  • Proficiency in Email and chat with Computer Literacy.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy.
  • Quick Navigation Ability, Web Savvy-Ability to toggle between screens/tools.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Handle queries and problems of the customers.
  • Location - Chennai (Ambattur & Perungalathur)
  • Work Mode - From Office
  • Excellent Email and Chat Etiquette.
  • Excellent Written & Spoken English Skills.
  • Should be within the Boundary limits for cab facility.
  • Follow a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure round-the-clock customer support coverage. Must be willing to work on Night shift.
  • Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply.
  • Experienced candidates must have minimum 1 Year of experience in BPO sector with valid documents i.e., offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last three months' salary slip.
  • Handling Email and Live Chat would be added advantage
  • Should have excellent command in English and good comprehension skills.

Job Description:

They are recruiting candidates with experience in E-Mail and Chat/ Voice, preferably someone with customer support experience from BFSI Industry. (International Chat/ Customer Support Experience Preferable)

Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns via email and Chat with a keen focus on effective communication.

Your primary goal will be to ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all incoming emails while maintaining ambitious standards of customer satisfaction.

Working Schedule:

  • 5 days working with Rotational Night shifts and 2 days rotational off.(24/7 Process)
  • Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
  • Casual leaves won't be entertained for the first three months apart from week offs.
  • Should be able to join immediately. 
  • DOJ will be Immediate- 30th December 2024

Salary:

  • Ambattur - Remuneration- 2.5 LPA - Max 4 LPA.
  • Perungalathur- Remuneration- 2.5 LPA - Max 5.5 LPA.

Permanent Work Location:

  • Ambit IT Park (Ambattur) -(Two way cab will be provided)
  • Shriram Gateway(Perungalathur)- (Two way cab will be provided)

Interview Location:

Venue: Ambit IT Park (Ambattur), Teleperformance- Ground Floor,4th and 5th Floor, Sai Nagar.

Date: 25th December to 28th December, 2024

Interview time: 10.30 Am - 3.30 Pm. Aadhar number required to gain access inside the building.
