  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Show ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to night shifts.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in claims processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the claims adjudication process to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Utilize UiPath to automate repetitive tasks and improve process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Provide support in the Provider and Payer domains to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in claims adjudication.
