They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and maintain their organization's data and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and generating reports to support business decision-making. They should have a strong background in working with databases, reporting tools, and have extensive experience working on google sheets and other gsuite apps like looker dashboard etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Gsuite.
• Experience with SQL queries and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM tools.
• Understanding of business intelligence and reporting best practices.
• Must be open for: Flexible to work in a 24*7 environment, majorly night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business operations.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources to generate insightful reports.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with different teams to understand their reporting needs and provide customized solutions.
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and stakeholders.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decision-making.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of MIS systems and tools.
• Troubleshoot any data discrepancies and provide timely resolutions.
• Provide training and support to employees on MIS tools and reporting techniques.
