Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech or equivalent degree in IT/Computer science, Cyber Security or Information Technology stream
• Security Certificate such as CEH, CompTIA Security, AWS/Azure Security certifications
• Worked on Risk Analysis and Security Recommendation.
• Development knowledge. Worked in SDLC
• Strong customer service
• Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and deliverables along with others
• Good communication skills, especially the ability to persuade and influence others
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to be flexible, organize and prioritize work
• Expert negotiation and influencing skills
• Team motivational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines
• Quick understanding of upstream and downstream linkage

Technical qualities:

Responsibilities:

The Security Officer:

• Relays safety issues and priorities to CSM/CDS managers, enforcement officers and technical teams,
• Raises awareness of security objectives,
• Helps application teams understand security requirements and expected remediation plans so that they gradually become autonomous and accountable for security implementation,
• Provides a 360° safety view for each application,
• Operationally supports the application manager and participates in the timely delivery of security requirements (e.g. Secure by Design criteria, remediation of vulnerabilities according to group SLA, permanent supervision controls related to IT security, management of Trust & Control alerts, etc.),
• Guides the implementation of security priorities,
• Is the security point of contact for the CDS in the event of a cyber crisis.

Specifics of the role:

• The Security Officer is responsible for managing global security activities impacting the departments, actively contributing to the security governance in place
• Dedicated weekly monitoring committees
• Resilience
• Vulnerabilities
• Deployment of new security tools
• Preparation of dashboards for committees.

Also the primary contact for ad-hoc security events, liaising with relevant application managers.

Production and governance:

• The security officer in India works in tandem with the security officer in Paris
• Sharing with the Paris security officer of the production of the Supports and the management of the security: PEN TEST, SAST, Qualys Patching, etc...

Detail of features:

• weekly production of patching management support from Qualys and SG information system (2,5 days/week)
• production and analysis of the management support of one CSM/CDS per week
• Organization and presentation of an operational committee per week of safety management with several technical teams of CSM/CDS to present them what they have to do and whare are the prisonizations
• Analyze the main vulnerabilities (Qualys, SAST, PENTEST), help the technical teams to prioritize and carry out remediation,
• He is also the primary contact for ad-hoc security events, liaising with relevant application managers.
