They are seeking a Process Executive - HC with 0 to 1 year of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and domain knowledge in Pre-Adjudication and Commercial Claims. This is a night shift position and the work model is work from office. The candidate must be a native English speaker with excellent reading writing and speaking skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 0 – 1yr of Experience
  • Must have experience with MS Excel for data analysis and management.
  • Should have domain knowledge in Pre-Adjudication and Commercial Claims.
  • Must be a native English speaker with excellent reading writing and speaking skills.
  • Should have strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims.
  • Must be able to work night shifts and be comfortable with a work from office model.
  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Process healthcare claims accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze and manage data related to pre-adjudication and commercial claims.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to meet client and company expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to claims processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to healthcare claims.
  • Provide support and assistance to team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address any concerns or questions regarding claims.
  • Monitor and report on the status of claims processing to ensure timely completion.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to claims processing.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of new strategies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all patient and client information in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall success of the team.
