They are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Product Associate to join their research and development team at Real. This role will involve improving the system’s accuracy, efficiency, and overall user experience by managing data sources, analyzing user queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will directly contribute to a groundbreaking product that helps real estate brokers and agents save time, reduce errors, and deliver better service to their clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with data management, system optimization, or AI-related tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in troubleshooting or supporting AI systems or software products is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to system optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, product, and support teams.
• Passion for technology and an interest in shaping its application in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance Knowledge Sources: Regularly manage and update the documentation and data sources that drive the AI assistant’s responses, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Analyze and Improve: Identify patterns and trends in user queries and support tickets to detect areas where the system falls short and implement solutions to improve AI performance.
• Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to test, deploy, and validate updates, ensuring the system meets user expectations.
• Monitor and Refine: Continuously monitor the AI assistant’s performance and fine-tune the RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipeline configuration to optimize the assistant’s responsiveness and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Conduct in-depth troubleshooting to address issues related to AI performance and user interactions, ensuring the assistant delivers a seamless experience.
