Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate
- 1–3 years of charge-back experience in a customer support, payment operations, or financial services environment
- Strong understanding of standard investigation and RCA procedures
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, complex issues with accuracy
Nice to have:
- Experience working in FinCrime, risk, or compliance
- Familiarity with payments operations, transaction monitoring, or fraud prevention processes
Responsibilities:
- Applying standard procedures to investigate and resolve customer issues with accuracy and care
- Handling basic FAQs and troubleshooting support independently, seeking guidance only on complex cases
- Delivering high-quality, efficient support on frequent and less complex requests
- Gathering relevant information in a structured way to conduct investigations
- Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) using set methodologies to ensure accurate outcomes
- Meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with quality and consistency
- Supporting core product functionality and helping customers with basic product-related queries
- Communicating clearly and simply to ensure a great customer experience
