Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Work with fulfillment center leadership to ensure daily goals are achieved by monitoring progress and alerting teams of needed actions or changes.
- Collaborate with our merchant care and success teams to ensure all operational questions or concerns are addressed and we resolve any client questions in a timely manner.
- Break down metrics to identify trends within the fulfillment centers.
- Run end of day calls to discuss necessary changes in operational processes.
- Create new dashboards and tools to monitor important operational metrics.
- Research current processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
What you’ll
bring to the table:
- 1-2 years' experience with e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
- Detail oriented problem solver with a focus on results.
- Solid ability to work with different stakeholders to move projects forward.
- Hard working with a focus on learning and passionate about helping small businesses compete online.
- Complex problem solver with demonstrated abilities to find out of box solutions.
- Initiative to push actions where needed.
- Ability to work in difficult situations and keep calm.
