Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Work with fulfillment center leadership to ensure daily goals are achieved by monitoring progress and alerting teams of needed actions or changes.
  • Collaborate with our merchant care and success teams to ensure all operational questions or concerns are addressed and we resolve any client questions in a timely manner. 
  • Break down metrics to identify trends within the fulfillment centers.
  • Run end of day calls to discuss necessary changes in operational processes.
  • Create new dashboards and tools to monitor important operational metrics.
  • Research current processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 1-2 years' experience with e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
  • Detail oriented problem solver with a focus on results. 
  • Solid ability to work with different stakeholders to move projects forward.
  • Hard working with a focus on learning and passionate about helping small businesses compete online.
  • Complex problem solver with demonstrated abilities to find out of box solutions.
  • Initiative to push actions where needed.
  • Ability to work in difficult situations and keep calm.
