are seeking a Process Executive - HC with 0 to 2 years of experience to join their
team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and domain experience
in Provider and Payer. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts. The
candidate should be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).

Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry and management tasks using MS Excel to ensure accurate and timely processing of information.
- Analyze and interpret data related to Provider and Payer domains to support business operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Provide support in preparing reports and presentations based on data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to data processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide necessary support.
- Monitor and track progress of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve data management processes.
- Support other team members as needed to achieve overall team goals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience
- Must have experience in MS Excel for data entry analysis and reporting.
- Should have domain experience in Provider and Payer to understand industry-specific requirements.
- Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak) for effective communication.
- Should be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Should have the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Certifications Required: MS Excel Certification Healthcare Data Management Certification
