1. Positions: SAP Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible to map business requirement in respective functional areas into SAP best practice and implement best practice through required SAP configuration.
• Will be responsible to identify customization requirement in respective functional areas and prepare required specification document to support technical development .
• Should be able to prepare test scripts , test data in respective functional areas for various testing cycles and execute test scripts as required.
• Should be able to identify root cause of issues in respective functional areas in production environment and implement solution for the same.
• Should be able to prepare user training document and deliver user training respective functional areas.

Qualification & Experience (if required)

• Finance background is mandatory for FICO
• SD/MM/ABAP Core engineering background or MBA will be preferred.
• Exposure / Experience in respective domain would be an added advantage.
• Should be SAP Certified (SD/MM/FICO)

Skill Sets required:

• Good overall business process understanding
• Understanding of industry standard in respective functional areas
• Good oral and written communication skill
• Must have positive, proactive attitude and be a good team player.
• Must be flexible to work in shifts to depending upon customer preference and project needs
• Experience: Freshers to 1 Year
• SAP Functional Consultant: (SD/MM/FICO-SAP Global Certificate is Must)
• SAP Technical Consultant: (ABAP-SAP Training is Must)
• Educational Qualification: Any Degree - 2024 & 2025 passed out Batches Only.(Minimum 60 % is must for 10th,12th, UG & PG)

2. Positions: Financial role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing actionable alerts/fraud notifications, conducting research into these alerts as needed.
• Analyze and validate Identity Theft claims and other fraud claims as they arise.
• Review accounts and transactions for fraud activity and take appropriate action, such as restraining an account, to prevent fraud losses.
• Assist bank members of fraud alerts and work with them in order to resolve issues.
• Collect and report suspicious activity information utilizing Suspicious Activity Reports and documented organization processes.
• Review membership information and identification documents when there are discrepancies or irregularities, to determine the validity of information.
• Resolve fraud claims in accordance with government regulations CC, E/Z and any other regulations as required.
• Accurately record data and remarks utilizing spreadsheets and notes on alerts.
• Keep abreast of current fraud trends in the financial services industry as well as different types of fraud schemes.
• Familiar with regulations and laws, including regulatory and compliance training such as, the US Patriot Act, FACTA, BSA/AML, Regulation CC and Regulation E/Z.
• Monitor and decision alerts in Actimize, Fraud`Net, Salesforce, AFS/EWS and other fraud tools, with accuracy and take appropriate action to prevent fraud losses

Preferred candidate profile:

• Non technical profile with good communication skills
• Should be comfortable for night shifts
